    Very well said, sir.
    Unfortunately, African governments especially Nigeria, are not bothered about the imbalance in migration. Government is not targeting to eliminate the Push factors which will make some of the Pull factors unattractive. We are not even bothered about the immediate loss,, we subsidised university education to train a doctor or engineer and we don't bother that they just left, just like that.
