Human Capital Development is very important for achieving sustainable development. In fact, it will be nearly impossible to achieve Sustainable Development without Human Capital Development. By definition, Sustainable Development is the capacity of the current generation of people to meet their needs and achieve development without compromising the capacity and the opportunity of the future generation to meet their own development needs. That means, any development effort that compromises the opportunity of tomorrow/future generation to meet their own development needs is not sustainable development regardless of how nice it may appear. The key is not compromising the chances of the future people in terms of bio-physical environment, culture, social arrangement, climate change and so on. Sustainable development is fair, equitable and responsible development. For Human Capital Development, according to the World Bank, Human Capital Development is intentionally building the knowledge, skills, and health capability of people (regardless of gender, age, culture and other issues) throughout their lives, in manners that allow and enable them to achieve/realize their full potentials to contribute meaningfully to personal, societal, community, national and global development process and benefit from development outcomes. That means, through Human Capital Development, we chan achieve Sustainable Development generally and SDGs particularly. You can now see that they are related, yet different but they are mutually connected and reinforcing. Thank you very much.

In the video, I explained serious issues (globalization, culture wars and the conscious as well as the unconscious societies) in realistic terms. As explained in the video, serious and conscious societies are strategizing and positioning to take advantage of the relationships between culture and globalization and they are benefiting from it big time. They know culture is everything and globalization is a serious tool for cultural advocacy, global domination and sustainable development. Thus, they engage in concerted policy and practice efforts to win by taking strategic advantages while some countries/societies, especially in developing countries, appear not to care or do not understand what is going on. The solution is for everyone/every country/society to recognize the cultural war going on, the role of globalization and how they can strategically better position through determined policies and practices to benefit from the situation. Not exactly, but museums and archives are related. An Archive is a dedicated place historical accounts/materials are kept specially in a retrievable academic/scientific formats. A museum is a structure where valuable historical objects of cultural, scientific and artistic worth are preserved and exhibited. While some museums may serve as archives not all archives can serve as museums. While museums are often meant for storage and exhibition, archives are not usually meant for exhibition but for specialised intellectual uses. I hope this response helps.
