    1. Should I be setting the reference group as "last" for all of my independent variables? can you explain more what the function of this is? I can not see the P values for all my variables coded as 0.
    2. How many variables can I include in binary regression (I have 25, is that too much?)
    3. How do I run preliminary tests to select which variables to include in the final binary regression model?
    4. How do I check for multicollinearity?

    You are not considering the assumptions of the LR. I think, checking assumptions prior to analysis would help people understand more clearly.
