My favorites atm are "In My Room" and "Hideaway." I feel like I'll enjoy the songs more in separate playlists that fit the way they feel to me. These three are the combo I didn't know I needed
Everything is so subtle. The focus on mono/center for the simpler focus of the song and light dabblings of stereo. The modulations and substitutions are impeccable of course. But what really tickles me to death is the quarter-tone shift up for that last chorus. It takes a great focused song and gives it that little push over the edge into sensational. Done so well that you can't place it at first why it is so sonically 'heightened' ... but it's literal! Keep on keepin on
