    It's not impossible. You can do quasi-real time which is just real-time with a delay.

    Following your tut, i have written a code based on block diagram; however, result is different from on Matlab. I'am wondering is coefficients of two filters in block the same?

      You can use filtfilt to have zero phase filtering
