Excellent S10 !!!!
This was my truck. I sold it a while ago. It was a mildly built 350. shorty headers, single 3 inch exhaust, NV3500 5 Speed, 8.8 Ford Rear axle with 4:10 and disk brakes, Bell tech springs and spindles, energy suspension everywhere, and a few other goodies. Overall fun truck to drive.

HA!! I've got the same style s10. 1994 2.2L 134 s10 LS standard cab 5-speed solid white, no plastic bumpers. Has 6 thou to go before she hits the big 200,xxx and still runs like a champ. I'm fixing up on the little 4-boomer now and maybe drop a 350 or 383 in further on down the road.

i currently have the 4.3 with 2 1/2 inch exhaust and a thrush turbo muffler with no cat, its throaty but at the higher rpm's it gets raspy. you can tell a 4.3 apart from a almost any v8 easily, it has a signature sound to it. this is undoubtedly a v8. i have a video of my blazers exhaust on my channel of you really need to compare
its a nasty s10 man.
I got a 98 s10 ss and I went to and empty lot with a couple of friends and I keep up with my friends s14 Silvia my truck also has stabalizing bars

I'm glad everyone like my truck so much. It was just an older SBC with a NV3500 Transmission from a V6 S10. I had a little bit of work done to the motor. It was mainly suspension work.
@YourSoWrong wrong it was a 305 the truck was sold on cl here in orlando about 8 months ago
thats bad asssss...i live about 30 mins away froom speedworld....but what motor, and suspension do you need to do that...i have single cab xtreme 99 4.3 modded a bit
@187TRUSTNOBITCH it's a v6, with just loud exhaust on it, don't get to excited
@YourSoWrong idk if you want one build one its not that much it has a solid rear axle and leaf springs anyways
@187TRUSTNOBITCH I know the sounds of motors, i'm going to bet that this is ether a 350, or a 351, being that its a chevy, money is on 350. I'm a mechanic and the 350 swaps are both fun and common. :-)
should trie to drift my lifted s10 blazer after i restore it. got the power of a 454 to turn my wheels

very impressive! im hoping to be able to do this as well soon, i just slapped a nice t3/t4 turbo on my s10 lowred suspension new shocks, and detroit tru trac in the rear soon!! thumbs up enjoyed it!

I dunno. I had the 4.3, and it sounded pretty similar. This could just have an exhaust on it or something.

and its got a sbc of some sort, it doesnt sound like an LS series tho.
Shit, I should try to find one. I miss my s10... haha all you did was lower it and weld the diff? Like if that's all it takes then I'm totally about to go out and grab a new one...

Seriously? I had the 4.3. Shit's totalled now, but when I had it, all I could really do were power-over slides. I kinda wanna get one to turn into a little drift missle though.
@Toycoma it is a bad track to slide on. orlando speed world mostly uses the track for races and stuff. and that x in the middle of the oval is crap.

cool. real drifting unlike other videos people post. that looks like a really crappy track to drift on with those stupid transitions.
this is the only video i can find of a s10 or s10 blazer that is drifting on dry pavement. i plan on turning my v8 blazer into a drift blazer.

s-10's are so easy to drift.. :) i love drifting with mine
Haha, love the old comment about the engine being a V6 with a loud exhaust hahaha... That V6 only sounds like a V8 between maybe 500 and 2000rpm. And it can't power around this track like such a champ like the truck in this video.
