Habang dumadami ang branches, nagiging mas cost-efficient at mas mura ang operations. Kailangan lang talaga ma-survey ng maayos ang location bago magtayo. Location, infrastrucure, staff. Sobrang worth it pumasok sa business na ito. 😊

I believe your biggest expense is your rental, not the machines, labor , utilities , materials supplies . In biz, if you are not making 12% return on investment, better yet liquidate, shutdown, unless you have no other source of income. You can make more than 12% return in trading mutual funds, etf stocks, or company stocks right at the comfort of your living room or dining room.
I'll be venturing in this business soon. hope just like you, I'll breakeven in one month time.

Hi po im 18 yrs old and a student po and now gusto ko po talagang magkaron ng sariling laundry shop someday at ipupush ko po talaga 'yon. Kahit na minsan na nawawalan na ko ng pagasa dahil sa financial status pero im keep dreaming parin po. This is the first time that i watched your vlog po. Gusto ko po matutunan paano at ano ang mga kelangan gawin. How much cost po over all sa pagpapatayo. Wish me luck po. And goodluck and congrats to your business. Ngayon ang pera ko is 130 pesos over all na po yun pero for my dreams na hindi lang pede maging dreams lahat gagawin ko po. Thankyou 😊👌
