This was perfectly timed. My anxiety has been spiraling out of control recently and it's been causing me chest pain and just a feeling of dread and becoming overwhelmed in most social situations. I haven't been back in therapy in a couple years. This video is a good sign that I need to start going again. I loved how gentle you are in this video and loved hearing your explanations to the patient; you are very knowledgeable! I also loved the color scheme Thanks for the great video! ❤

You could do a ton of more simple videos, like everyday hangouts, you're my girlfiend and we're doing X daily tasks (like riding to an outdoor concert, talking about a movie we just watched, talking about shopping for dinner, etc). Your voice and cadence and 'okay?' is the magic. You don't need to work so hard with research!
