Let me say this.... Cucurella is a better inverter than Gusto. I prefer use the left for inverted and the right for hugging the line which makes sense. But knowing Maresca he likes the right side to be inverted which will be a big mistake.
I think it's a good tactics but the danger is that when you loose the ball there's no cover for you in midfield. Chelsea can take advantage of that by being aggressive in their press and should be quick in offensive transitions. We will get our first HOME WIN against Brighton 😊
Funny enough you can't do that, the way they play is a trap. They give you this false information about the space in midfield. Forcing you to play in that zone Nd catch you with pressing traps. Their real weak zone is their wing lol but you won't want to attack them there. Thats why they have not lost
What your video fails to address 1. How do Brighton setup to defend attacks 2. What happens when they lose possession while building with only 3 outfield players. 3. What happens when the team is man-marked and cannot build from the back. 4. What if their opponent play a defence highline, thereby overloading the midfield and closing channels for passes? I think your video lacks in recognizing that opposition teams have their own tactics and Brighton might end up being the reactive team rather than the proactive team.
This is how they have played so far. If they are reactive to our tactics instead of being pro active with theirs, it will be easy for Enzo to tweak his formation and stamp out the weaknesses they are exploiting. It will be an interesting one
If they're going to play without midfield, Chelsea will be scoring for fun in transitions. I'm concerned with their set pieces and crosses but that's it. I believe Chelsea will dominate the game and pin Brighton back. We just need to score early and attack their wings to pin them back. 3-1 to Chelsea is my prediction,
Biggest issues for Brighton that play right into Chelsea and Maresca's hand are: 1. Very poor rest defence 2. High line exposed against pacey attackers 3. High fullbacks exposed in transition 4. No midfield that makes it easy to play through when lost the ball.
All i gotta say is this wont work long cause one misplaced pass and their team is done for with quick counter Ipswich was able to get a draw manu were close to win with quick counters but lapsed in concentration in end aresnal did same quick counter but drawed due to declan red and havertz saka not taking their chances after the red so they can be beaten by quality team and players who score with the chances they get
UK Sky Sports has no respect for PREMIER LEAGUE FOOTBALL. They don't most times show live games but chose only to project goals and commentarie. They Will chose to project live LEAGUE 1 and 2 matches all the time. Shameful!!.
Your tactical analysis is better than the way Brighton plays and is scary, but chelsea has a better manager and better players. Let's face it the reason chelsea are not unbeaten this season is because they played Man City on the first week
@@akachied4166Bournemouth was a complete poor performance from the players possibly because it was the first match after the international break...As for crystal palace,if Chelsea were as clinical as they were against wolves or West ham, they would have won that match in the first half
@akachied4166 I know, bro, but you have to know that Chelsea is no longer an individual brilliance of palmer or Jackson team anymore. Maresca is trying to build a team that it doesn't matter who is playing. Besides Brighton, don't have that much of a solid system as analysed in the video it's still under process, they've played 5 games won 2 drawn 3 they're barely hanging on
This is the best lineup for Chelsea, not only for the finishing but for the rhythm of the game, For me, I watched Jackson in very videos from different angles, the goals he has coincided are goals that will not be consistent during the season, he totally disappeared against City, so we need someone that can play in front of Palmer to match his energy and thinking But also finish, and that's Nkunku, trust me this is the best for Chelsea: Sanchez. Gusto. Fofana. Cotwill. Cucu Caicedo. R.Lavia. C.Palmer 10 Madueke P.Neto Nkunku

You are spot on mate.
100% sure Cucurella will be inverted to the Brighton's game. Gusto will be hugging the lines for crosses
i think the reason for that is the workrate of sancho and mudryk.
