I've always wanted my own little boutique print lab but Amanda has more glamorous plans that quite frankly scare me. I manage to escape the madness with the goal of showing you the entire three-stage process of 1 - Conceiving The Shot, 2 - Creating The Shot, and 3 Printing The Shot.
I then suffer the ultimate betrayal at the hands of Cleatus and Uncle Grumpy while in the back of his pungent wagon. Maybe it's for the best, Cleatus had outgrown me anyway.
Despite these challenges, I still manage to brave four bears in the wilderness while on a quest to capture the perfect spring image for my new landscape photography print collection.
Will my camera still work after falling off my printer and why does a set of Canon ink cartridges cost more than my car? Will I capture the perfect shot in time for my very first print sale?
There's really only one way to find out...

It doesn't matter how many times I watch a video of you and Adam, you just can't get away from the fact that you both, as a comedic team have such great timing and chemistry...it must be the British origin/connection. Additionally...how the hell does Adam manage to make Cleatus snore so brilliantly and so well timed! There's no wonder you lost it a couple of times. You two are the BC equivalent of Morecombe and Wise. I hope its not too long before you're both doing a joint workshop in the UK...especially when you pop to Cleethorpes. I've started saving up for the UK workshop already... ;-) Stay safe.

loving your channel loving the humor but most of all the information and the captured images, the look an your face when you asked how much the ink was costing was priceless and i do know the feeling as i recently got a pro epson large format photo printer free but in need of ink

you outdid yourself with the comedy in this one, and the waterfalls shot are so pleasing. However, I felt a sick feeling when the camera and lens slid off the printer.

Super hilarious, had to pause to stop laughing. Unicorn prints' slogan would be... "We print your photos with the colors from the rainbow" "Every print is delivered by a carriage attached to 7 unicorns". Hope your camera and the lens are ok/ hope your cartridges won't really cost you 5k.

I rewatched this video. I noticed while you're explaining the process behind camera just how fluidly you know your settings and functions of your camera.
I've heard you mention reading the manual on downtimes or waiting.
It struck me in this video how important this is to the process.

Seeing that camera and telephoto lens cascade off the printer was...painful to see. Hopefully, no damage to either, but floors aren't very forgiving. another informative and funny presentation, Gavin.
In order to get the crease marks out of that new Unicorn Apron Gavin, I would recommend you wear it for your next 10 outdoor photo adventures. I can assure you the creases will come right out!
