- When you have been overweight your entire life it's hard to think that things can get better.
Matt Jurd thought that until he gave it a shot and lost an amazing 79kg.
Matt is a dad of 3 from Wilberforce, NSW.

"I’ve struggled with my weight for as long as I can remember. I remember being teased way back in primary school, I was always big. In high school I wasn’t bullied or anything, I had a good group of friends but was always the “big funny guy”. “Big fella”….. We’ve all heard it over and over. Yes, I am a big fella (I’m a broad 6’2), but it was never about anything besides my weight. My bad habits and lifestyle choices continued throughout my teens into my 20s and into my 30s."
Matt started The Man Shake and stuck to his plan losing most of his weight over 9 months.

I’m weighing in at 230kgs and looking at the man shake for a while now. Your testimony hits home hard man I can relate to the kids friends thing and all that too. Being unhealthy has put me out of work for 3 years man….its time for a change, thank you brother for your testimony.
I'm curious after a year how has your weight loss gone, did you end up sticking with the man shake?

I'm 6ft4 148kg, I've found when working a full time job, even in a limited physical job it does drain on you. I'm yet to to start my program, but my late 30's now & if I ever have kids I don't want to be embarrassing to my own kids.
I'm just about to start my man shake journey ,this video has given me so much inspiration the part where he said your kids love you no matter what🥲 good on you mate well done
