I feel that West coast racers should've gone to another park, like magic mountain already has 2 similar coasters (Full throttle and twisted colossus) Plus it looks a bit ugly if you ask me.
completly agree, the fact batman and robin the chiller get's mentioned right in this video pretty much screams where it should've gone and made a lot more sense. like #20 for magic mountain they couldn't come up with something that isn't so redundant? They already have a dueling mobious loop and a premiere launcher, as you've said. The color scheme really could've been better too, it looks like someone only had two colors of k'nex track and used what they could to finish it. MM is the one that should be waiting for the RMC T-Rex, they could've gotten another ride, something one new one didn't fix.

TBH West Coast Racers with a better color scheme looks exactly like what six flags great adventure can use. I mean the video literally mentioned the chiller. clearly we are not all kingda ka is best all we need fanboys over here (breaks too much anyway and has like one element), hopefully six flags is catching wind of that. I am happy that they are filling out the once dead zone with wonder woman, in fact add a endeavour where the old enterprise was and it'd be 100% perfect. But a new coaster like that is basically exactly what the park needs. And no T-Rex either we don't need another broken prototype.

I think the park has been less crowded since Rolling Thunder left. I think that when they took it down they made copies of pieces that needed replacement and brought it up to one of the ny parks

You are absolutely correct. Over Texas serves the Dallas - Fort Worth metro area which is one of the largest markets in the six flags chain, and we are also the ORIGINAL park yet we get treated second rate. I wish cedar fair would just buy the park from six flags since they don't want anything to do with it anyways.
I think Darien lake will be putting that new swing ride where the old pirate ship once stood on the lake it's time for that thing to go it's not even a intense pirate ship it's very tame very old one of the parks first rides built in 82

I love Maxx Force. Its launch is so forceful and windy and the fact it has 5 inversions compared to any other launched coaster, which has only like 1 or 2. The disappointing part about it is that I can't ride it during the winter for mechanical reasons.

St. Louis ALWAYS gets the shaft. They have a bunch of cloned rides: Batman, Mr. Freeze, Justice League, Boomerang, Pandemonium, American Thunder (Yes, that is cloned), Sky Screamer, Fireball, Shazam, Spinsanity, Tsunami Soaker, and even Supergirl! That’s 12 clones! 12! The only good non-cloned rides in the park are Boss and Screaming Eagle.

New England and Over Georgia should get launch coasters. However, after the dueling loss of the chiller, and it being due time, Six flags Great Adventure could really use a launch coaster like some combo of what we saw in the announcements for 2019, but in 2020. It and New England should get the win, and Georgia for 2021, since they did just get an RMC in 2018.
I agree. I was there, and I found the park to be a lot of fun and a nice place. My complaints? not enough rides, or more so, definitely nothing intense. No launch coaster was my other thought, so maybe this launch coaster attack will keep spanning out to both it and six flags great adventure within the coming next 2 years. Then again, Georgia Scorcher is a solid coaster, but the stand up is pointlessly uncomfortable. So hopefully they will also choose to keep going with that. I mean, they did fix Ninja into Blue Hawk, and now that SFA is doing Apocalypse into Firebird, maybe they will make Georgia Scorcher floorless. (p.s. but for what they do have, aside from twisted cyclone yes really, I actually enjoyed pretty much everything that wasn't literally a kiddie ride when on them).
well, six flags great adventure also had a frisbee they then sent it away with no logical explanation and now were basically just getting one back too. granted this one is actually substantially larger but, still.

Good to hear compressed air is still being used as they offer more intense launches than hydraulic, and was dissapointed to hear that Red Force (EU) uses LSM, having said that Maxx force sounds like it won't be much different to Stealth's (UK) hydraulic launch which is 0-80 in under 2 as well...
I am from montreal and I just want to say that I am disapointed about the new loop at La Ronde because it is the same concept of Le Vertigo, but the vertigo is suspended. We could have so much better like a conversion of Le monstre into an RMC. Plus, La Ronde is on an island, so a tiny area. So adding the big loop is just a wast of space

Never knew parks kept rides closed after only experiencing Cedar Point, Kings Island, Indiana Beach, Knoebels, and Universal... then we went to Six Flags. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!!!
I still miss the acme rocket they removed from Over Texas... imo it was the best “pendulum swing” ride... also pretty bummed they aren’t putting an actual roller coaster in Over Texas... I mean isn’t it one of the (or the) biggest parks bringing in the most money? Why do we keep getting these spinny/twister rides, I think we all want a new roller coaster at the park! The last new one I remember is the Titan, which is over a decade old.
So, Maxx Force does experience brief delays, usually only lasting minutes. This is probably a result of it being rushed to open, so hopefully it can be remedied in the future. Also its double inversion looks more like a banana roll element bent outward to me, so I'm going to call it a banana peel element
Six Flags Great Adventure just took the King Cobra down from Hurricane Harbor, it never even opened for use in the 2018 season. Maybe they are just moving it to Mexico? They are putting a new activity pool in, most likely in the area where the Cobra was.
I go to six flags in san Antonio every summer and the park is honestly starting to look cluttered with how many rides are there its insane that they still have space for new things
I road the Cyborg ride and all i can say is that its fun but since its trying to be "Disney" they have a story but it sucks cuz you cant hear it over the sound of the ride itself. its a shame cuz it has something to do with The GRID so thats cool

At least my home park (Six Flags America) is finally getting something coaster related. The last coaster we got was a zamperla wild mouse from Sfgam in 2013

Thanks for the compliment! To be clear, I said it was the second ground-up air launched coaster. Powder Keg wasn't originally built as an air launched ride, and was converted from a standing Premier Liquid Coaster.
I understand. My thinking was just that the vast majority of Powder Keg, including the launch itself, is a ground up roller coaster for all intents and purposes, since only a tiny fraction of the original Premier coaster was kept. The launch, trains, and almost all of the track on Powder Keg is brand new and completely different than its former self. That's just where I was coming from. :) Nevertheless, it's still really exciting to see S&S have two major, original coasters coming next year.

I think the king cobra slide and the one going to Canada are from New Jersey. Both rides have been closed and are in the middle of being taken down. It seems to unlikely that 2 other parks are getting them at the same time another park is loosing them.

There is one in St Louis
St. Louis ALWAYS gets the shaft. They have a bunch of cloned rides: Batman, Mr. Freeze, Justice League, Boomerang, Pandemonium, American Thunder (Yes, that is cloned), Sky Screamer, Fireball, Shazam, Spinsanity, Tsunami Soaker, and even Supergirl! That’s 12 clones! 12! The only good non-cloned rides in the park are Boss and Screaming Eagle.

New England needs a launch coaster in 2020 (because it’s there 150th anniversary and they don’t have a launch coaster in there lineup)
New England and Over Georgia should get launch coasters.
However, after the dueling loss of the chiller, and it being due time, Six flags Great Adventure could really use a launch coaster like some combo of what we saw in the announcements for 2019, but in 2020. It and New England should get the win, and Georgia for 2021, since they did just get an RMC in 2018.

I agree. I was there, and I found the park to be a lot of fun and a nice place. My complaints? not enough rides, or more so, definitely nothing intense. No launch coaster was my other thought, so maybe this launch coaster attack will keep spanning out to both it and six flags great adventure within the coming next 2 years. Then again, Georgia Scorcher is a solid coaster, but the stand up is pointlessly uncomfortable. So hopefully they will also choose to keep going with that. I mean, they did fix Ninja into Blue Hawk, and now that SFA is doing Apocalypse into Firebird, maybe they will make Georgia Scorcher floorless. (p.s. but for what they do have, aside from twisted cyclone yes really, I actually enjoyed pretty much everything that wasn't literally a kiddie ride when on them).

I'm still a little afraid of those rides. They're to me what Larson Superloops and Spin-Outs are to hijhiysonikku/Bumblebe5! (I'm her imaginary friend)

Good to hear compressed air is still being used as they offer more intense launches than hydraulic, and was dissapointed to hear that Red Force (EU) uses LSM, having said that Maxx force sounds like it won't be much different to Stealth's (UK) hydraulic launch which is 0-80 in under 2 as well...

I am from montreal and I just want to say that I am disapointed about the new loop at La Ronde because it is the same concept of Le Vertigo, but the vertigo is suspended. We could have so much better like a conversion of Le monstre into an RMC. Plus, La Ronde is on an island, so a tiny area. So adding the big loop is just a wast of space

I still miss the acme rocket they removed from Over Texas... imo it was the best “pendulum swing” ride... also pretty bummed they aren’t putting an actual roller coaster in Over Texas... I mean isn’t it one of the (or the) biggest parks bringing in the most money? Why do we keep getting these spinny/twister rides, I think we all want a new roller coaster at the park! The last new one I remember is the Titan, which is over a decade old.
So, Maxx Force does experience brief delays, usually only lasting minutes. This is probably a result of it being rushed to open, so hopefully it can be remedied in the future. Also its double inversion looks more like a banana roll element bent outward to me, so I'm going to call it a banana peel element
Six Flags Great Adventure just took the King Cobra down from Hurricane Harbor, it never even opened for use in the 2018 season. Maybe they are just moving it to Mexico? They are putting a new activity pool in, most likely in the area where the Cobra was.
I go to six flags in san Antonio every summer and the park is honestly starting to look cluttered with how many rides are there its insane that they still have space for new things

I road the Cyborg ride and all i can say is that its fun but since its trying to be "Disney" they have a story but it sucks cuz you cant hear it over the sound of the ride itself. its a shame cuz it has something to do with The GRID so thats cool

Thanks for the compliment! To be clear, I said it was the second ground-up air launched coaster. Powder Keg wasn't originally built as an air launched ride, and was converted from a standing Premier Liquid Coaster.
I understand. My thinking was just that the vast majority of Powder Keg, including the launch itself, is a ground up roller coaster for all intents and purposes, since only a tiny fraction of the original Premier coaster was kept. The launch, trains, and almost all of the track on Powder Keg is brand new and completely different than its former self. That's just where I was coming from. :) Nevertheless, it's still really exciting to see S&S have two major, original coasters coming next year.

It would be great if SFGA put more lights amongst the walkways and relit the Ferris Wheel 🎡 The Park is really showing its age. Where the Log Flume is located further down it’s so dark you can’t see the sidewalks.
I think maxx force should have gone to mm and West coast racers should have gone to great America. I think wcr is too similar to twisted colossus

I think the king cobra slide and the one going to Canada are from New Jersey. Both rides have been closed and are in the middle of being taken down. It seems to unlikely that 2 other parks are getting them at the same time another park is loosing them.
