Morals of the story. Don't let RCCA or Togo build your coaster, make the transitions smooth, don't use shoulder restraints, riders are better off sitting down, don't make the coaster car a cage, and strangest of all don't make a Green Lantern roller coaster since two of the three that exist are on this list.

As a Wisconsin native and friend of the Merricks (owners of Little Amerricka) it was absolutely SURREAL to see the Swiss Toboggan featured here. This amusement park is chock full of bizarre retro rides you won't find anywhere else these days. I remember loving to ride this multiple times in a day as a kid but now as an adult I wouldn't touch it. Awful, claustrophobic design and the cart always feels like it's going to fly off the tracks on those end bumps.

This is the first list I have ever seen that didn't go in that direction. Hopefully they can fix it in the coming offseason and maybe even try and give it new and improved trains, but for this coaster to be a total flop after having so much excitement surround it (and also being delayed) would be a disaster for the park.

I love coasters, and so I'm sad that I've "aged out" of riding the extreme ones. There's a reason why you don't see many grannies and grampies on coasters, so I enjoyed your video A LOT, reliving the pain, er, fun. Your comments are hilarious; I was either laughing or cringing through your list. Back when the dinosaurs roamed the earth, my husband and I rode all the extreme coasters here in Southern California. We learned to avoid some of the over-the-shoulder harness ones. His back would scream at him, but he had it easy. I'm a shorty, blessed/cursed (take your pick) with big b**bs, so my rides were especially eventful as my entire head was flung left and right into the restraints and my b**bs were flung up and down. No sports bra could withstand the challenge. I'd get off those rides feeling like a Rubic's cube that needed to be solved. Wish I could be that Rubic's cube again for a day or two. Thanks again for the great content!

My family started going the year they reopened, and T3 wasn't available for a while when we went either. But once it did start being open when we went, it became my favorite ride there, even over my previous favorite of Lightning Run. But they both got left in the dust after Storm Chaser was opened and I got over my initial fear of it. I sometimes wish I was born a couple decades earlier so I could've experienced some of the rides that got retired before I could even see them

I rode Flashback in 8th grade for our grad night. There was no line. When we got on, I was with two girls in my class. One of them suggested we pull the shoulder restraints down on her friend after launch. We succeeded too well. The bottom of the restraint dug deep into her gut, and every bump made her grunt. At the end, it knocked so much air out of her she couldn't say no and we got 3 re-rides in. Once we got off the ride, she pulled up her shirt, and her stomach was red from riding it. I felt bad because we didn't realize how bad it was.

Jet Star 2 at Lagoon is the worst coaster I've ever been on. I always disliked it for the uncomfortable seating, the harsh brakes at the end, and the generally rough ride forces -
But my last time riding it ensured I'd never go on it again. The only people in line were me, my two siblings, and another group behind us. For some reason the ride op was trying to rush us into the car as fast as possible, and despite me and my siblings being grown adults, he told us we all needed to sit in the same seat on the ride -
I was forced to the back of the seat, and it was so tight I was unable to sit down, and was in an awkward half standing position with my right foot sticking behind me braced against an angled piece of the floor.
For some insane reason, despite it being obvious that I wasn't in my seat, and me about to say I needed to get off the ride, the ride op dispatched the car anyway.
I don't usually have a problem with coasters. I watch all these theme park channels, I know that most modern coasters are pretty safe. This was not that. It was incredibly sketchy and genuinely terrifying.
All I could do was hang on for dear life and hope I didn't get freaking decapitated on the head chopper supports.
I was in really bad pain when I got off the ride, and if I'd had the presence of mind to do so I would've told off the ride operator, or at least gone to guest services -
But at very least, I'm not riding that thing again. It's just too dadgum old, it's seating requirements are really obnoxious, and even on the best days it's just not a fun ride when you can ride Cannibal instead.

The trains we have on it now make the ride much smoother and you can ask anyone who's ridden both and they will tell you that. Heck, talk to Theme Park Worldwide who rode it again after the new trains and likes it much better. Also, it might interest you to know that we have won a Trip Advisor's Traveler's Choice Award for this year.

I've been on Tornado at M&D's in Scotland and it is truly the worst, I wasn't even there for the theme park it was just weirdly next to our hotel so we went as you only payed for the rides you went on. Before I found out Pinfari made it, I just presumed some mad Scott in a shed had done it. But yeah it had quite a lot going on 2 loops, 2 inversions and a corkscrew. Firstly the strap holding me in was frayed, it was very rough, all I remember from it is being jiggled about and I paid £2.50 for the privilege, the track was rusting and it had scaffolding around it and no one else in my group would go on it but me, because they didn't trust it. So it was just me and a couple on the thing. we were both put in the middle, I never thought about how odd that was but later on I found out the ride is so bad at the ends, the guy was just trying to make the ride as pain free as possible. I genuinely don't remember much about about it, except my head getting smashed about. There is a video of it on RUclips and the camera breaks before the ride is over because it got smashed on the last inversion it was that bad, that last inversion was also later removed due to it being so bad.

Yes, Bandit being a RCCA creation probably doesn´t help with it´s problems But I´m still convinced that part of it´s issues are also rooted in it´s structure using almost twice as much wood as similar woodies in the US (and most likely the rest of the world too). You see, it was the first modern woodie in Germany and the authorities here had no experience with rides like that, so they requested that the ride had to sit on far more single foundations than how it was usually done.
