its a solid bike, good NYC type cruiser, my biggest issue is the stepthrough frame, i would have liked a stepover option and the proprietary fork, can these forks be replaced with an after market fork?

I don't believe a standard tapered front suspension fork would be a direct replacement as the frame head tube looks proprietary to Vvolt design, but, check with them to make sure! Here is the contact: support@vvolt.com

@@ElectricBikeReview thats what i figured, i know the proprietary stuff can look cool and unique but im just not a fan of future headaches.

Hey! That's a great question. Our fork's axle-to-crown measurement is 486mm, and it has a standard 1-1/8th to 1.5" tapered steerer tube (ZS44/56 headset). So, you could likely find a handful of options to choose from!

The step thru frame issue you have is purely societal in nature. This bike rips!

@@Merp-mu1fm i dont know what societal even means, i just think step-through frames on bikes like this look kinda lame, nothing against the performance or functionality im just not into the look personally, im sure plenty of people dig this look.

I sell this bike right alongside Bosch and Shimano STePS bikes. The 120nm is a lofty number. It feels remarkably similar to the Bosch Performance Line Cruise or the Shimano 6000 at 60-65nm. Not shabby, definitely not 120nm. We need standardization when it comes to measuring torque. Especially when you have hub motor kmart quality companies claiming 80-85nm on an 80lb POS.
