One of my favorites, this is the intro movie for the last Studio Liverpool F1 game released for PS2 in North America. Now there is F1 Championship Edition. The game was made by Studio Liverpool and published by 989 Sports in North America

My god. The launches I was able to get on Monza. I remember one race I started 20th and threw myself into Schumacher at the first corner, and flew half way round the track. Fantastic memories.

TuentiHP40 Nope. We did, however, get Championship Edition which is as close to 2006 as we can get.

I will admit the EA games had the edge, but this game is far from "awful." The graphics are acceptable for a 2001 game (also considering that this was ported from the PS1 game). The title music for this game is pretty awesome, better than the EA ones.
I don't think any of the Studio Liverpool F1 games were spectacular. F1: CE on the Ps3 was the last and best attempt (similar to F1: 99-02 by EA, their last and greatest); now, CodeMasters has outdone SL by far, sparking new interest in F1 games.
