Drink plenty of water, avoid the sun during peak hours, get enough sleep, exercise, stop wearing makeup that damages your skin.

the nail polish holder thing, not only does it free up your hands but also it keeps from possibly spilling it , especially if you're painting your nails where ur not on a flat surface lol, thats one of the few i recognized lol, also i feel like those jaw strengthing tools were created for a different reason lmao
The masks actually feel good on your face. I use them after taking a bath and mainly the hydration ones. I feel refreshed after it. Never tried the others though. 😅

i hate things that say they shrink pores. it's impossible to shrink your pores; they stay whatever size they are. i've heard from dermatologists themselves. if you clean your pores out it can give the illusion of shrinking them though, imo, because it's all cleared out

Applying cold does not bring blood to the area. Cold causes vessels to constrict. Which is great for reducing dark circles and puffiness.
