INGREDIENTS: In Nepali & Hindi
Fenugreek Seeds (मेथी)- 1/2 Cup (100 gms)
Mustard Seeds (तोरी / सरसों)- 1 tbsp
Fennel Seeds (सौंप)- 1/2 tbsp
Coriander Seeds (धनिया)- 1/2 tbsp
Dried Red Chilies ((रातो खुर्सानी / सूखी लाल मिर्च)- as needed
Salt (नुन / नमक)- 1/2 tbsp
Vinegar (सिरका)- 1 tbsp
Mustard Oil (तोरीको तेल / सरसों के तेल)- 1/2 cup
Asafoetida (हींग)- 1/2 tsp
Turmeric Powder (हल्दी / हल्दी पाउडर)- 1/2 tsp

everyday my husband consumes methi seeds water and I throw away the seeds after extracting the water...however one day I forgot to threw it and plants germinated from it....still I kept on throwing it away until I found ur recipe..thanks for uploading such innovative and beautiful and useful recipe
