Hi Sari, there are many factors that may affect the propagation. It is good that you bought a new one and take care of them properly. Plants need too much care to grow well just like pets :)

Do they actually grow into full plants this way? Some plants are able to grow roots from leaves using this method, but they never turn into full plants, they just stay as rooted leaves. Some plants need a node in the cutting, where the roots come out in order to become a full plant.

Hi Francis, in my experience, it will grow roots first. Then just wait and take care of them, eventually, it will shoot a small plant that will grow into new Peperomia :)
