Happy New Year to you and your family! Thanks for taking all this time to make and post videos on your daily life. It is very informative! I just recently graduated from university and is entering the teaching field for young children. However, knowing about all the obstacles you have encountered during college makes me think about accessibility for children with disability as well and how to adapt the classroom to their needs! =) Thank You so much! Take care!
Gee z been there done that! I live an historic town, THEY change nothing! the Gov lets these towns go without upgrades to checking for bed bugs! OR folks with disabilities. Don't visit Nevada City Ca. historic sites, as they don't make accommodations for wheel chairs, etc. I have limited stuff to do in such a wonderful place I found out if you visit old towns! Look for places to use a chair. Your a wonderful heart for giving grateful tears and news too so many! We LOVE YA
Hi Joseph, it sounds like a very unfriendly campus. I am sorry you have to go through that. I hope that the stuff youve learned there is a good fit in youre life and you have a great benefit of that. That would be a great revenge for the unfriendly treatment youve got there. Luckely is music a good tool to heal things and a great way to feel better. Music was my first love and it Will be my last. Phill collins was right. Love sabrina
I will definitely do that. I forgot to include some pictures of me during my college years in this, actually. I was hoping to do a video with just pictures of me at some point, so maybe I'll just wait until then.
Hi, thank you for sharing your experiences. =). I am a student of design major. I would like to hear more about your experience with your previous accommodation when you were at college. Do you bear in mind about which area of your living space you face problems? Thank you.
totally could relate I went to an all girl catholic college here in NJ that's like a 100 yrs old I went through soooo much just regarding the architecture, and as far as graduation went I was the first wheelchair bound person to get actually receive my degree up on stage...I threatened to sue the school if they didn't have a ramp put on the stage, I was also the 1st wheelchair bound person on the student gov't, couldn't go up into the SG office though they didn't have an elevator put in until after I was gone, and the funniest thing is I could never go to the student services office it was in an old building with no elevator I had to wait outside for someone once I called to let them I was there....that kinda sucked in the winter lol
Happy New Year !!! You`re fantastic !

Good question. I guess the only answer I have is that maybe I didn't push them enough to get it done.
Thanks!
Thank you!
WheelzOfFortune Just wondering, do you live on campus? A fellow wheelchair user.
Thanks =)
Yeah, there were a few others.

Yeah, it sucks that sometimes you end up feeling like the bad guy in the situation even though you aren't at all. Thanks for the comment.
thankfully ive never actually felt bad for sticking up for myself lol
Oh I almost always do because I don't like making other people's lives problematic even if they are wrong. =|
:( your nicer than me???? lol
That is impossible!
Were there other wheelchair users on the campus while you were there?
