I am a 90's kid too. I have ADHD ( I was diagnosed when I was 3 . I was kinda lucky because I also had learning disabilities and got diagnosed around the same time). I feel like my ADHD is part of me but it doesn't define me( I also hate being on ADHD meds). I have always been told I have a lot of energy( I am like I have superpower call ADHD lol)
Haha yea totally! I feel like it’s a super power too! It has definitely come in handy in my life over and over. I just try to work with it not against it
