nah dude don't feel any type of way for capitalizing on a current game. i mean, what president runs their campaign on odd years? 😆 i hear that persona music too. respect. P3R's music slapped
great video up until you said it's a roguelite not a roguelike, the distinction is NOT significant enough to give a shit about it. when someone says "roguelike" they NEVER mean a tile-based, randomly generated dungeon crawler with base64 aesthetics.
Fair enough, but the distinction is something to take note of. Roguelites are different from roguelikes where in between runs you buy incremental upgrades to make runs easier hence they’re a “lighter version of rogue”, whereas roguelikes make you start from nothing every time.
@@JeloUnderscore yeah but even then if you want to get more specific technically "roguelike" only describes games specifically in the same format that i described, also theres the fact that games without incremental progress are few and far between these days. genres evolve over time and i really don't think games like hades are distinct enough from the original rogue gameplay loop to really call for a new genre name, it's kind of just a natural evolution of what the genre would eventually become. the roguelike vs. roguelite debate at the end of the day is just nitpicking
Love this game. Absolute masterpiece. Currently smashing Hades 2 early access and they haven't disappointed. Recommended people play this first though.
@@KulveTarothsNightGown probably a little bit harder due to bosses having more moves that seem to hit harder than the first game. We haven't got all the gods yet though so it may even out.
