Reverse culture shock is something you probably have experienced without even knowing the name of it. It is the final part, if you will, of the moving abroad process. It is often the part we don’t talk about and forget we will experience at some point. In this video, I go over how reverse culture shock manifests and ways to manage it. Remember that reverse culture shock depends on where you are returning from and your home country, so it doesn’t mean it will look the same for you. Just know you aren’t alone in the process and experience!
