4 4 2 means the midfield is outnumbered by team that play 4 3 3
4 4 2 strength against the 4 3 3 is moving the ball out wide as to the rm and lm

I like it because of its flexibility you can always adjust to different formations in the game like 4-3-3 or 4-2-3-1
