Very true and thanks for bringing this up Dr Zeeshan.
Shortage of Doctors is a global problem and lots of my friends in India who are Doctors are going through the same problems.
I am not able to understand why governments work towards opening more medical colleges and thereby create more Doctors.
Another issue Doctors are facing in India is due to ill informed patients. These patients read something on Google and come to their Doc just to add extra stress to the already exhausted Doctor with wrong information.

    Thank you Dr Zeshan Qureshi,
    So true!
And still speaking about these topics (mental health issues amongst doctors) is a tabu.
Like a child, we don't see the problem means that it doesn't exist :'(
Just keep speaking up Dr Qureshi! We need that!

Doctor Qureshi - I feel for you and wish you luck in your quest. Have you attempted your solutions at the utmost local levels of your work environment; to do even this will take a great deal of persistence. Be prepared. God's Speed. 1/2019

The simple fact is true -
    to avoid feeling blue
you need a good rest with a cup of brew
So that when your time is due
You can work with a clear view❤️

Did a 72 hour busy shift obs/gyn; plus Pediatric shift during internship; Twas enough to make me want to leave the medical field.
