Frank Mitchell: Congresswoman Bolton

On April 14, 1965, Frank Mitchell became the first Black American Page to serve in the U.S. House of Representatives in the 20th century. Mitchell recounts the pep talks to Pages given by Congresswoman Frances Bolton.
