Thanks for the feedback man. My dad was always an early riser and he suggested that I try to start waking up at 5 am. About a week into taking his advice I realized the very best time of the day is the early morning. It’s when there’s the most clarity and focused time. It’s not for everyone but once it becomes a habit becomes such a valuable way to live. For me 5 am gradually turned into 4 am and then finally stuck at 3 am about 5 years into it and it’s been that way ever since.

On build up university do you have a course or program that helps you start a company like inside our creative ? Or how did you go about getting your first clients ?
No, I'm working on a mastermind course but it is going to take me at least another 6 months to fully build it. I want it to be really worth it before putting anything out.

In the earlier years email marketing worked like a charm. Get a big 500k email list and send out a simple message letting business owners know you can help them with their online presence. 50 companies would line up for a quote. I haven’t been on the look out for new clients for a while because we’re happy with our couple hundred clients and aren’t looking to grow. But it seems like the email marketing is becoming over saturated. I’d say email marketing and RUclips are still the best options but less effective than earlier years.
Have you ever thought about trying your hand at land again? Seems like a lucrative thing to do that isn’t over crowded like a lot of other real estate sectors. Cash buyers too most of the time so not dealing with interest rates
@@adamzwingler yes I definitely look into that everyday but I just feel like I need a system to kinda feel more confident in making the purchase I just need to learn how to analyze data better to determine which land deal is actually a deal!
@@adamzwingler the guy I talk to all he does it buy and sell land and he’s kinda stays always from sfr since the rates when up a lot of people kinda stop building so only buyers your really going to get is builder or a construction company but idk I feel like it can still work!
