On the contrary, I don’t understand all this fuss about the Japanese voice acting. She’s just emotionless and doesn’t convey the essence of the character.
I got to say while JP/CN/KR fits her personality more as this soft spoken, unbothered queen,…EN did the impact aspect of the ult justice, her spooky menacing tone when the hands burst through the windows, and then her goddamn laugh right as the ult finishes…the only issues I have with her EN ult is that she raised her voice more than she needed to. Really wished the other languages would’ve gone with EN direction…or at least add the creepy giggle at the end of the ult too
The en one is really smart with their line pacing so that the voice lines, sound effects, and visuals line up perfectly at both speeds. While CN is the most "in character one" with that slight hint of a laugh, the 2x speed one has her talking over the shatter effect.

I’m gonna have to disagree with a good chunk of the comments, on this one. Yes, a calm, but sinister voice can be terrifying, too. Yes, the calm voice fits Black Swan’s personality. But, I absolutely LOVE the emphasis that the EN voice put into her line, accompanied with arguably one of, if not, the coolest, ultimate lines in the entire goddamn GAME. C’mon, let a girl yell her heart out, once in a while. Even the calm can be stirred too, no matter how calm they are, most of the time…~
I don’t care if the eng voice doesn’t fit her character. The tone when she says “endless abyss” just sounds so strange. But I also feel like UWU bland isn’t that good either.
While I give props to the english for taking it in a different direction, the "voice quality" so to speak is just lower than JPs, who you can simply hear a natural difference as if they're simply born with a talent for voicing characters. JP voice actors are always the peak when it comes to sounding as real and in character as it can get, but that shouldn't be a surprise as the birthplace of anime where they can truly take pride in their job. Most EN still sound like they're voicing a play or reading a script (there are a few standouts that have the JP natural talent though). CN and KR I can't really get behind simply because of the "wateriness" of the language, there's no solidity in the sound of the syllables, making the language hard to understand the sounds and thus the impact falls off hard. Just sounds like im listening to words in a blender
