Back in 1981-82 when I was his property manager, my employer bought and was doing a remodel on the former Tony Curtis/Janet Leigh home on Trousdale Drive. When I look at it on Google Street view now it looks unrecognizable. Must have been a tear down as you say. The views of LA looking south were breathtaking. Fond memories of my years in LA.
