I was reading your comment and just want to share my experience with you. I’m about 4’11, my high weight was around 150lbs. -152lbs. I’m down to about 119lbs!!! I’ve been on a juice detox since June 8th the goal is 40 days, so it ends on this Thursday, which is July 18th!!! I’m so happy I went through this. I have Fibroids and I think and hope they have shrunk. My blood pressure is excellent now and my ankles don’t swell anymore. I go back to the doctor soon!! I’m excited to see what her response will be.
The wife is radiant, her smile is beautiful and she is gorgeous, she has a glow and is a walking advertisement for juicing and raw vegan eating! This couple is blessed to have each other to travel this journey together! Their family is beautiful!!!!!

No need to fear childbirth, the fear makes it much worse. I had 2 home waterbirths, best experience ever, no pain. I actually kind of want to have more kids so I can experience giving birth again. I think being home and relaxed helped a lot.

I did a 30-day juice cleanse last spring, lost 10lbs, & a 5-day juice cleanse beginning of this October 🥰‼️ I’m juicing everyday all through for the past 9-10 months, juicing a lot many days for the last 2-3 years, & intermittent fasting, eating mostly fruit, some afternoon veggies, occasional cheat meals, and working my way to someday achieving a 60-90 day juice cleanse! Have always wanted to learn how to double-dutch! I’ve been working at, & maintaining, mostly raw vegan since February 2016! 🫠☮️❗️

What motivational people! I loved them! I'm on my 10th day of being on meds for shingles and I'm so tempted to stop that and start juicing to heal. I've juice fasted many times, 28 days being the most. But I would mostly have Lemon Ginger Blast bc some of the RUclipsrs say to focus on the greens. But then I get to where I can't even look at one more friggen green juice. I love how in your vids so many people juice so much fruit and do great. That's more of the Robert Morse, ND. style where he suggests fruits for healing.
I like to do both!! i like to rotate between fruit and green juices!

Some raw books I've gotten over the years have dehydrator recipes and I just don't have the patience anymore to create those. Thanks Gillian, new follower here! I have been watching every interview for the past few wks after doing a 3 and 10 day juice feast back to back with a clean meal in btwn. I felt amazing! Loved it! Just had eye surgery the same day a close family member passed away last wk but have been eating clean wholefood plant-based, ordered myself a Nama and will start a 30 day when it arrives! Also bought the bundle frm your link yesterday and am so excited to download everything it feels like xmas already and I can’t wait to start living the clean wholefood plant based life!!
I would do a 60 day if xmas wasnt nearly here as it’s my bday on the 27th and I want to make some special raw treats frm the bundle just because I have the recipes now lol!

Very nice to see a power couple, go on the juicing diet. They looked good. Thinking about the Nama jucing also, there so much good benefits to jucing, very good to hear she got rid of fibroids there are so many people going into surgery for it. Very inspiring videos.
I was natural 100% for my 2 children. Even got cut down there, with no anesthetics. It was painful, but recovery was fast, like 4-6 weeks. I told my doctors and the hospital that I do not want any medicine, and only if death is eminent, do I want any medical intervention. God is good. They are beautiful, tall, healthy children. Amen.
