    Today we are making complete lunch box. This tiffin contains shevga masala fry, masala fried rice and healthy salad. This is a very easy and simple recipe. These look tempting and taste super delicious. We are using a special star ingredient to enhance the taste of the recipe, Maggie Masala-e-Magic. These recipes don’t need too many ingredients.     कम्प्लिट लंच बॉक्स बनवण्यासाठी लागणारे साहित्य
    शेवगा मसाला फ्राय
    • ३ शेवग्याच्या शेंगा
    • पाणी
    • १ चमचा मीठ
    • २ मोठे चमचे तेल
    • १/२ चमचा जिरं
    • ४~५ लसूण पाकळ्या काप करून
    • २ बारीक चिरलेले कांदे
    • २ टोमॅटोंची प्युरी
    • १ चमचा गोडा मसाला
    • १ चमचा धनेपूड
    • १ चमचा लाल तिखट
    • चवीनुसार मीठ
    • २ चमचा भाजलेल्या शेंगदाण्याचं कूट
    • बारीक चिरलेली कोथिंबीर
    • १ सॅशे मॅगी मसाला-ए-मॅजिक
    मसाला फ्राईड राईस
    • २ मोठे चमचे तेल
    • २ मोठे चमचे कच्चे शेंगदाणे
    • १/२ चमचा मोहरी
    • ३~४ बारीक चिरलेल्या लसूण पाकळ्या
    • कढीपत्ता
    • १ बारीक चिरलेला कांदा
    • २ कप शिजलेला भात
    • १/२ चमचा गोडा मसाला
    • लाल तिखट
    • चवीनुसार मीठ
    • बारीक चिरलेली कोथिंबीर
    • १ सॅशे मॅगी मसाला-ए-मॅजिक

    Ingredient:
    Shevga Masala Fry
    • 3 Drumsticks
    • Water
    • 1 tsp Salt
    • 2 tbsp Oil
    • 1/2 tsp Cumin seeds
    • 4~5 sliced Garlic cloves
    • 2 finely chopped Onions
    • 2 Tomato pureed
    • 1 tsp Goda masala
    • 1 tsp Coriander powder
    • 1 tsp Red chili powder
    • 2 tbsp roasted Peanut powder
    • Finely chopped Coriander leaves
    • 1 sachet Maggie Masala-E-Magic
    Masala Fried Rice
    • 2 tbsp Oil
    • 2 tbsp raw Peanuts
    • 1/2 tsp Mustard seeds
    • 1/2 tsp Cumin seeds
    • 3~4 finely chopped Garlic cloves
    • Curry leaves
    • 1 finely chopped Onion
    • 2 cup cooked Rice
    • 1/2 tsp Goda masala
    • Red chili powder
    • Salt to taste
    • 1 sachet Maggie Masala-E-Magic
    Method:
    Shevga Masala Fry
    • Wash drumsticks well and cut the end portion.
    • Cut it into about 3” pieces and peel off as much skin as possible.
    • Heat up water in a pan and add salt and chopped drumstick.
    • Cook it on medium heat for about 8-10 minutes.
    • Heat up oil in a pan and add cumin seeds.
    • When cumin seeds splutter add garlic and fry until it gets light golden color.
    • When garlic is almost fried add onion and fry until it gets golden color.
    • Add tomato puree and fry well.
    • Add goda masala, coriander powder, red chili powder and salt and mix well.
    • When masala is fried well add the cooked drumsticks and mix well.
    • You can use the water in which we cooked drumsticks in soup or for cooking dal or amti or for
    kneading chapati dough.
    • Add roasted peanut powder and coriander leaves and mix well.
    • Add Maggie Masala-e-Magic and mix well.
    • Fry it well together for about 2 minutes and shevga masala fry is ready.
    Masala Fried Rice
    • Heat up oil in a pan and add peanuts.
    • Fry peanut until they get reddish color and take them out into a dish.
    • In the same oil add mustard seeds and let them pop up.
    • Add cumin seeds, garlic and curry leaves and fry together for about a minute.
    • When garlic gets light golden color add onion and fry until it gets light golden color.
    • Add cooked rice, goda masala, red chili powder, salt, coriander leaves and mix everything well
    together.
    • Fry it well for few minutes.
    • You can add veggies of your choice like green peas, capsicum, carrot etc. if you want.
    • Add Maggie Masala-E-Magic and mix well.
    • Fry the rice for just about 2 minutes and masala fried rice is ready.
