For the confusion about Mr.Hugs being in UCN. He is, however, they specifically say FROM UCN, meaning their first apperance, which obviously Mr. Hugs's first appearance is in Pizza sim. I know that the wording is a bit strange, however, they kinda have to say it like that, as to not give it away

Yeah, he’s in UCN, but for some reason he’s deciding to intentionally avoid giving any correct answers. (He’s loopholing by answering with “x is not FROM this game. Meaning that he’s not revealing rather or not the character appears in the game (the actual asked question), but if they do, it’s not the first game they appeared in.)
