In the long run I think I like how it feels like a cozy fantasy that transforms into an epic fantasy
I can definitely understand that, seems like a little more investment would draw us in big time
Feeding the algorithm so more people can find The Wandering Inn
Much appreciated, cheers 🤘🏽
I’m very happy that’s you guys are going through these! I look forward to watching this! I have finished the first 9 books!
Glad to hear you’re enjoying it! I hope this video doesn’t disappoint and your comments mean a lot 🤘🏽
I loved the book! It’s becoming one of my favorite series!
Very happy to hear that
as an avid reader of TWI, i'm very happy with your review, i don't agree with half what you said, but you can tell you took the book seriously and got invested on it, even if it didn't fulfilled your expectations.
I would say to anyone insterested on TWI, yes it's long and has lots of characters, yes some characters dissapear for books and then appear again, it's like the world is immense and the people on it are people with their own lives and we see just a sliver of it. And i find that fascinating. the audiobooks are only a portion of all the available content of the wandering inn you can consume, and it goes into dark places that make you really sad or laugh for a whole chapter.
I truly appreciate your comment. I always try and take a more objective stance on reviews and definitely take them seriously so thank you.
Very glad you’re enjoying this series and definitely lots to love about it 🤘🏽
My understanding is the edit of volume 1 added to the length.
Books 1 and 2 are volume one and two. They start splitting the audio books after that to about 40 hrs per book.
Web novel was 1 to 2 chapters per week. They get longer and longer. Recently swapped to 1 chapter per week.
Writing improves as Pirate grows.
This is great! These comments really motivate us to get back to the series so thank you. Appreciate the useful info 🤘🏽
Good discussion, wandering inn is not for everyone, for me its slow parts are its best section, though if you are into epic quest it is here but takes loong time around book 5 when we start getting stuff like that.
Revised version of book 1 have been released on author 's website for free to read (along with every ch released till date). The audiobook version of book 1 is already recorded but is postponed for released indefinitely.
Passive read is an okay suggestion for first time reader as it is nothing like anything you have read before, so it can be a bit jarring for newcomer because it doesn't follow tropes of litrpg ( which is both it's strength and weakness)
P.S. Pisces is not an old man he is around Erin in age
Appreciate the comment! Will definitely check out Pirateaba’s website and thank you for clarifying the mix up with Pisces! Cheers 🤘🏽
Also, the audiobook version is outdated. the author did a rewrite. Please review the updated version for a more accurate representation of the series!
We will definitely check out the revised version! Is the audiobook being updated or just the written work?
@@bardsandbooks audiobook rewrite has been recorded but not released yet
I wish there was physical versions of these books 🫠
Would definitely be one of the biggest books on the shelf
@@bardsandbooksI believe the author will be doing a kickstarter for physical editions of book 1!
