    after i do these I like to gain clarity (the o & p in s.t.o.p?) before proceeding. asking me these things always makes me feel like i can be more organic and at peace again:
    - I am aware of what I am doing
    - I am aware of why I am doing it
    - I am aware of what I am looking to receive from it
    learning these new strategies has been so rewarding!
