    Thank you, great soothing voice. I love it for a start to a long meditation as it helps me get rid of unwanted thoughts.
    Would love an open end version ( stopping after the whole body relaxation and sending you into an undermined length meditation.) but this works great especially the 40 min version. Thank you again 🙏🙏🙏
