Tip for getting otta foam-pits: Lay horizontally and roll. It really helps, this is coming from a girl who almost had their nose broken because they couldn't get out of a foam-pit.

Fun to see you do some martial arts. Got my black belt in JJ last year was super happy about it. Also, I honestly think you're a quick learner. Because your technique improved pretty fast. Remember my first kick boxing session when I got in to MMA. I couldnt even kick a guy above his waist level lol
Not a big fan of tricking as it's ineffective and unwarranted in a real fight. It does make you look cool though hah.
