Nate, I do your workouts six sometimes seven days a week. I’ve recommended you to my friends and they started watching you too! Thank you for all of the effort, time and work you put into your videos.🖤
Hey I am doing his shadow boxing for about an year now, and trust me you are on the right path. Sadly I am not keeping my diet straight, so my weight loss is surely not enough, but the feeling these trainings are giving me is insane. Keep it up!
thanks for the content really helped me out this lockdown
Thanks this is helping with my coordination, footwork, and stamina.
No homo man
But I love you so much
The gains I did , the ambition and the improvement of my fitness level comes thanks to you man
Love from morocco ❤
In your UFC fighter heavy bag workout, the very last round you were calling out combos to do on the bag, I would love it if you did a long heavy bag workout with more of the combo calling.
'Beginner'
Me: Okay, I've been following Nate's videos for a while. I'll go for an easier workout today.
27 minutes later... 😰
Solid workout, Coach Bower! 💪🥇🥊✊👊
Thanks, harder than it looks...
You’re in Toronto? Me too! Thanks for your awesome content.
I was..now I’m outside of Halifax
Did this with the heavy bag. Great workout. Like the new studio. Maybe show an inset with overhead view of footwork?
Many thanks coach - first day back for a week and it was a great medium impact workout - really enjoyed the ice skater style boxing slide left slide right. I ended with your mate JT’s Manny Pacquiao Tabata set. Pay day tommorow, will become a paid member then. Keep it up. JB Sydney AU
Great stuff again Nate!
Great workout!
Thx for the workout !
👊🏻❤️
Great work...... Do it tomorrow 👍👍👍
I see all your videos on heavy bag workout but I don’t know which one to choose I need one to focus on all parts of my body and all categories because I want to do it every day can you please respond to this comment
I am not a A beginner but I’m not pro or advance I’m in the middle
Thanks so much for this video! Got my heart rate way up. I had a question- I noticed that you had one leg / side leading the entire workout, should we be doing this video twice (with the other leg leading) to “even out” ?
That is the correct boxing stance. He is right handed, so he always leads with his left foot.
@@aliciaroca8942 yes from a technical point of view. I mean as a workout way, does it help to do the other way round? Like i am southpaw, and i notice that i have more equilibrium on right leg
Is it possible to keep the instructions visible at all times (like combos etc)? I usually turn the volume off and play my own music.
@@NateBowerfitness thx man :)
Dope videos bro but should we do these at full speed?
What’s the name of the first song?
👍👍🤜🤜🤛🤛❤❤💪💪💪💥💥💣
