Alapere years ago used to be a rural area and as time went by, it has turned into an urban city with a staggering population of about 100000. Alapere is a working-class neighborhood. Alapere is not under Kosofe local authority but in the newly created Agboyi-Ketu local council Development Area. I'm sorry for the errors made in my broadcast where I classified Alapere under Kosofe local government. Interestingly, Alapere is the HQ of the newly created local council
