I've got a fun challenge today, folks. I've been asked to pick a great whisky from each of the scotch regions. I tried to find bottles that would be widely available and affordable. I hope you enjoy. Cheers!

If we accept Islands as a region (and I think we should) then Oban and Ardnamurchan have to both be classed as island whiskies for me. Apart the the screamingly obvious issue with that position 😂, both the character and location of those whiskies puts them firmly in the island region with the rest of the actual island whiskies

I was searching for the new Papúa New Guinea whiskies.. I think I found some, but they are made from Molasses and not Barley… Hmm.😊. Another great video.

As far as Hazelburn being easier to find than Springbank, I can say my experience has been the opposite here in Scotland. Springbank 10 does pop up now and again (albeit briefly before selling out) and I can get Longrow quite easily, but I've never encountered a bottle of Hazelburn 10 in the wild.
