I love this so much. I crave videos of simple cabin life and crafting and all the simple things that make living a joy. We don't really need very much to experience blessings. Our lives are filled with joy if we have joy in our hearts...and a ball of string...and maybe a nail or two...and a bit of fabric...and love and light in the dark. Hello, I am new to your channel. And oh my goodness I love this video. I have also watched you make Thanksgiving dinner. I am a 69 year old woman, and my parents both grew up poor in the mountains. My Mom from West Virginia, and my Dad from North Carolina. In fact my Dad was half Cherokee. I have fond memories of having live Christmas Trees and making wreaths from live pine. And making gifts, I still have the quilt that my grandma made for me when I was nine years old. She also knitted mittens for me. My Mom would make crochet afghans and homemade pies and cookies. We did home canning and made jelly and preserves. And Applebutter in a big copper kettle over an open fire in the fall. Thank you for bringing those memories back for me. OMG! The mouse, so cute. And the presents from Santa. Love that. ❤
