Been waiting for this! Will make it in memory of my dad who we always bought mars bars for on his birthday and which he used to chop up to share with us, his 4 kids 😊💕 been gone 13 years now but Mars bars always remind me of him.

Mmmm I too will make this in memory of my dad who used to bring mars bars round for my boys when they were little. Mars bars were his trade Mark to my boys.
One son is a top interior designer in London and always sneaks in a teeny weeny mars bar into some of his drawings I take great pleasure in finding it, if only his boss knew !!

I'm making a red velvet cake for my granddaughter for this Sunday as its her 15th birthday and she asked if I would make one instead of buying her a shop bought one as she prefers homemade to shop bought cakes

Here's another one! Digestive biscuits broken into small pieces about 4ozs, 4 ozs of butter, golden syrup about 1-2 spoons and mixed fruit, I like adding glace cherries. Mix and melt all together. Grease tray...press mixture down into tray...put in fridge. When set...melt chocolate and pour over the top...very delicious.

How many grams of rice krispies and butter?
A mars a day puts on a stone 😃
Love these and marshmallow variety..
I do smaller lol...4 x Mars bars, 4 x butter/margarine and melt together..add rice krispies until the mixture is soaked in the rice krispies. I grease my tray, add the mixture pressing down and put in the fridge. I don't add extra choccie on the top...too much even for me lol..
Same recipe but instead of Mars bars add marshmallows and butter together to melt etc.
These were my favourite treats that I remember as a child were made by a lady and brought to parties x

My auntie use to make this for after tea on a Sunday (and there was some leftover for during the week) those were the days when I didn’t think or know about calories lol. I do miss her and the cake
