- The below narrative is an edited summary of the Trooper's Report:
On February 7, 2022, at approximately 1345 hours, I was on patrol in the area of Interstate 85 South at Buford Drive. I was operating my Kustom Signals Pro Laser 3. I observed a dark color Chevrolet Malibu switch from behind a Ford Mustang in the #2 lane into the #3 lane while traveling at a high rate of speed. I activated my laser, aimed it at the front of the vehicle, and received an audible tone along with a digital display of 91 mph in a posted 70 mph zone. I maintained visual contact with the vehicle after it passed my location. Upon finding the Chevrolet Malibu, I immediately activated my emergency lights and siren. The driver of the Chevrolet Malibu moved to the left shoulder and stopped.
I exited my patrol vehicle and approached the driver’s side of the violator’s car to speak with them. Upon my approach I was met by a black female with dreadlocks. I asked the female driver to step out of the vehicle for identification purposes. The violator complied and step to the front of my patrol vehicle where I asked her to write down her name and date of birth on my notepad and license number if she knew it. The violator provided the name of COREY'ONNA LEWIS. I had the violator seat back in her vehicle due to the cool weather because she was wearing shorts.
Upon returning to my patrol vehicle, I entered the information provided by the violator into GCIC query by name and date of birth. Troop C Communications provided a picture to my email of the persons information I had requested. After seeing the picture, the image did not match the driver that I was out with. I exited my patrol vehicle to see if the driver would change her story if I told her that nothing came back on the information she provided. The driver refused to change her story and said that the information I had was her and that she has the license at home. After returning to my patrol vehicle and checking multiple leads I was convinced that the information she gave wasn't her. I asked for a supervisor and requested him to respond to my location and aid me.
Shortly after my supervisor arrived on scene.
He approached my driver side and I showed him the picture of the female that came back on the information provided by the violator. As I was explaining the situation, the violator placed her foot on the brakes just as my supervisor noticed it. The violator fled by putting the vehicle in drive and aggressively accelerating initiating a pursuit. The violator almost struck another vehicle that was traveling in the second lane from the left as she recklessly moved from the left shoulder across several lanes of traffic. I activated my siren and pursued after the violator. I notified Troop C Communications that I was now in active pursuit. I was unable to get directly behind the violator but was able to maintain visual as the violator drove recklessly through traffic. The violator traveled across several lanes of traffic and was driving on the right shoulder to pass traffic. The violator continued to drive recklessly at over 130 miles per hour down Interstate 85 South for several miles before exiting on to the Interstate 85 South Collector-Distributor Lanes.
The violator maintained her reckless driving as she exited Sugarloaf Parkway. The violator failed to slow down for the red traffic signal at the bottom of the ramp. Upon approach the violator showed no regard for the red light and approaching traffic as she just traveled dangerously out in the intersection as she made an immediate right turn onto Sugarloaf Parkway. The violator traveled at dangerous speeds as she aggressively maneuvered through heavy traffic for several miles on Sugarloaf Parkway. The violator then made a right onto Old Peachtree Road and continued traveling at a high rate of speed while weaving in and out of traffic.
As we approached the intersection of Old Peachtree Road and Cross Pointe Way, the violator traveled into the turning lane and began to make a slow and wide U-turn. I pulled forward into the path in an attempt to block the path of the violator. The violator tried to drive around my patrol vehicle and that is when I drove forward and made contact with the violators vehicle with enough force to push it up on the sidewalk disabling it. I then pinned the driver’s door with my push bumper.
I notified Troop C Communications that I had one female in custody and that I needed Gwinnett Fire for the smoking vehicle.
Upon the arrival of responding units, I was able to identify the suspect by her name and date of birth as. The violator was checked out on scene by Gwinnett EMS and then taken to Gwinnett Northside for her injuries. The violator was transported to the Gwinnett County Jail where she was released to jail staff without incident. The black Chevrolet Malibu was released to Willard’s Wrecker Service. The incident was digitally recorded on WatchGuard 4RE in-car system.

I can be this way lol. If you're nice and respectful I'll give you the same but the minute u tick me off, game changer. I've worked with people like this to. One day this new guy was picking on one of my friends and i said hey now you don't want him mad. He said now he's a weak punk. He found out real quick when my friend finally had it and snapped on him. I even warned the supervisor that he better get that idiot before he catches some hands. Boss asked who the new guy was messing with. When I told him he jumped right out that seat and took off. He almost didn't make it 🤣. Bad part is my pal stutters when he's getting ticked and you could hear him starting to its why I went to get the boss.

@@HarryManback0 Compare the average middle-class African American to the average middle-class white American and you will see there isn't much of an IQ gap. Of course, since low-income individuals tend to score lower on IQ tests due to lack of education, the average African American will score lower than the average American since Blk people tend to lean closer to poverty than the rest of the nation.
Women scored much lower than men on IQ tests in the 20th century. However, as women increasingly became more educated in the United States, they--generally--surpassed the IQ scores of men in the present day.
There isn't a flawless, unblemished method to test IQ, so it's unrealistic to say that "One particular group in the U.S. is massively disproportionate in terms of lower in I.Q."

Props to the officers driving skills. He makes excellent decisions, is reacting insanely quick and is executing the PIT maneuver effectively and without bringing others into danger.
Absolutely insane! I drive through that school zone on a regular basis going home. I'm grateful none of the children were harmed or anyone else for that matter. Two thumbs up to GSP!
Top tier smooth driving and even the pit perfectly timed. He knew every move she was going to make before she did.
excellent job, Officer....may her sentence be commensurate with her crimes!😇
That’s a she?
@@AwkwardAsian She wannabe a man.
@@StainderFin Is a she-may want to be a man, but it's a she.
Started to say it was her girls car but caught it in mid word on girl, and switched to mommas car.
He*
@@robrob7011 Upon my approach I was met by a black female with dreadlocks.
Holy shit top notch driving of the trooper! Professional race car drivers have nothing on him because he's got to stay close while navigating other cars and obstacles.
Absolutely beautiful work officer! You deserve a raise with that kind of skill!
the penalties for this crap need to be way, way higher, it no different then someone randomly shooting at house
Come on, massively hyperbolic I hope.
5 to 15 years minimum period
2:43 He has your tag number and you still run. Then we have "it's my mom's car." Well, mama will be real proud. This girl is just stupid, stupid, stupid. This is brain damage, man, you just can't fix that.
Momma going to whip her butt when she gets out, momma's insurance won't pay for that vehicle, and momma going to have to take cab rides.
I thought it was a dude haha
Poor Mama.
Psssh. Mama's car... the bank's car.
Then my luck, my car is 20 years old, but a lot of new stuff on it - it has to last me!. They'd hit me in this pursuit total my car and insurance give me $1200 for it. Good luck!
Actually she began saying "It's my girl-my mommas".
He sounded like a pissed off dad when he hollered “Getchyour ass over here!
Impressive driving by the Cop, also take note how after Pit maneuver he hops out with no Gun drawn!! Handled that like a disappointed Dad would👏🏻👏🏻 God Bless this Officer!!
I noticed that as well, no hesitation
Probably an incredibly stupid move actually but he almost died so many times before during the chase he didn’t give an F
@@Timlareitcite the time stamps where he “almost died” professional ah driving you can’t cap 😂😂
Excellent official work, from the attitude with which he made the traffic stop, to the maneuver to get the car out of the way. Very professional and a great human being.
Awesome cop...I completely feel his anger. She risked so many lives not to mention his! "My bad sir." What a jerk. He is a rock star regarding his driving skills. Thank you Officer!
Some of the best driving and PIT maneuver I've ever seen. This officer is money!
I love this cop! He was very professional and cool the whole way through. More like him, please!
That was hands down some of the CLEANEST skills of the wheel officer. Damn good work. Thank god nobody was hurt and thank the lord even more that criminals are dumber than a box of rocks
The cops driving abilities are crazy good, he was anticipating her next move while keeping up w/ what’s going on in front of him at a fast speed. That’s talent sir 100%
i feel for this one. The officer was really trying to be nice and you can tell he was disappointed. This is a young person.
Her driving was insane - no regard for life. Cop was amazing driver.
I couldn't tell if this was a male or female driver.
@@jessicam7467she’s a stud meaning she likes to wear masculine clothes and likes women
She had no regard for life, but he did? What the phuk? Every time a cop shows up bad things happen. Why can’t people see this? Oh, it’s programming, gotcha! 👍🏾 At least no one got shot, that's always a plus. 😬
@@Truthisstrangerthanfiction8the bootlicks always weasel their way in.

Found the criminal
That was an incredible maneuver by that officer to end the chase
I think it's about time to make running from the cops in a car a SERIOUS felony, not just a slap on the wrist. This shit is getting out of control.
It is a felony
running from the cops is really not that big of a deal in comparison to things like sex trafficking. police chases are really rare, you just happen to watch them on RUclips so it seems like more often
@@infernodotdash2203exactly, people's perceptions of crime have been skewed due to the increased number of videos in the last 2 decades or so
State Troopers are so professional and even say thank you!
When i think of the perfect car to run from the cops in, a 1.5L Malibu always comes to mind 😂
😆 😅😂 I know right?!
Lol! Same thing I said! #CantBeHappening
Im weak 😂 im sure that officer would’ve let her go granted if she would’ve told the truth earlier 🤦🏿♂️
@@AWWWMAN80 like he told her in the car all she had was a suspended license, no warrants. It was only a ticket. She's in for it now. Evading, speeding, reckless driving, speeding in a school zone, suspended license, running stop lights/signs, plus she burnt up her mommas car. Her mommas gonna be ticked off!
All that and mommy's insurance won't cover it because it was caused during a crime.
What great decisions the cop made while driving, really impressed.
Great job by that officer. A cool professional. He deserves a pay increase.
Great job sir. This Trooper is outstanding.
Those are some mighty fine driving skills there, Officer. Way to go!!!
You can tell people today have no regard for anyone's safety, not their own, not anyone.
It sounded like mice were racing F1 cars while it was fast forwarded.
Love seeing all the comments about how much of a badass this trooper is. Best pursuit I’ve ever seen
Cop has mad pursuit skills! Absolutely fearless.
Wow...waited for the best opp to do some kind of PIT and did it perfectly. LOTS of traffic and he waited for the safest way. Complete respect for the skills!
That was some NICE driving! Good job, officer. Its a real shame since he was so patient and considerate towards her from the outset.
Or the onset..
Amazing driving! Scary…So glad no one was hurt or worse.
