How I Structure My First Conversation with a Potential Coaching Client

Here's a video, created for the participants on my group programme, The Coach's Journey, giving a guide to how I structure an initial conversation with a potential client. It draws on a range of inspirations, including those below. It's definitely not a 'How to convert prospects into clients' video, but it's important for me to share how I work at the moment, so that if you are a coach, you can take inspiration from this, and give it your unique flavour.
