You really have enriched my life over the years Tara, I just want to say thank you. You have brought energy and ideas and happiness to my everyday outside of just the act of watching your videos. The LA furniture fits so beautifully into your new home. I was in shock how the tables and night stands complimented the decors so nicely. I can’t wait to see you and your dad decorate the home office and your guest bedroom. I just love seeing you guys hang out and decorate together 🥰
Also - yes girl, you have the best parents in the world. They drove all the way to buffalo to get you more soup dumplings? and helped with the furniture to enter Canada? Yup. Hands down, Mitch and Marcy are the best parents in the world 🙌

The joy in this vlog was contagious. I know it's all just material "things" and stuff but there's something neat about the memories it made in the L.A. house and now the completeness it adds to your Toronto home. I also love the relationship you have with your dad and how he's always up for helping you with "projects"

Yay so exciting! You can also put the credenza against the back wall behind the desk and under the shelves if it fits. It’ll really anchor your desk space!
pro tip for wanting to recycle decorative candle jars: pop em in the freezer for a couple hours & the wax will come loose from the jar. if the opening of the jar is smaller than the base you may have to break up the wax to get it out easily, but it’s totally doable & the jar always comes out clean
When my husband was in the military, they came and packed up our entire home and delivered it to our next duty station but they did not unpack anything. Everything got delivered when my husband was at work and I had the entire house unpacked and pictures on the wall and everything when he got home from work, and he was mind blown. Definitely a lot of work!
Only my suggestion and do what you want😊I would move the desk back a bit and leave the chairs in front as they are.

First thought that came to my head when you talked about bringing the cane media console into the office… move the desk out towards the middle of the room & angel it more towards the window/chairs, putting the media console behind your desk? But I also love the feeling of how you have it now!!
