Hi Yash, I have booked appointment for my wife and child for month of oct 2024. When recently when I logged into her account I cannot see appointment confirmation page, reschedule option and no option to request expedite appointment. I desperately in need to prepone their appointment to nearest possible date but unable to do so due to portal issue. Raised case with customer care but they are not providing proper resolution. There is a spelling mistake in my appointment confirmation, in ds160 it's correct how can I change it
Take your old ds160 and fill new when you go for biometrics they will update your new ds160

Yesterday I booked my biometric appointment for 18 April my intake is June intake ,but after 30 minutes it got cancelled automatically and this happened 5 times to me from 1.5 - 2 months any solution for this , also let me tell you I have only filled 2 pages of ds-160 form does this impact that ? I filed the DS 160 for my parents for tourist visa, but I schedule appointment on new website. They gave me a different biometric date which is like 20 days before the counselor appointment is this normal?

In my visa portal automatically appointment for December 2025 is booked and it's shown that I have exceeded maximum attempt to cancel my appointment but Actually I didn't and also I didn't booked this appointment and I am not able to see Reschedule appointment button in my home page I contacted us ambassy and also raise case in feedback/message option but I haven't received any response from them what should I do

Talk to the embassy team call them and mention the issue and also raise the ticket I'm facing this same issue right now still working.😢
