i love these models and their npcs. only thing missing is that they have custom weapons (M16A3-GL, SPAS-12, MP(K)5-GL), i dont like their combine weapons that much

I don't remember it specifically. Just look up HECU on the NPCs tag on Steamworkshop, I think you will find it eventually!
