Julie Andrews on Talkshop Live: Home Work a Memoir of My Hollywood years October 22 2019
Elegant classy lovely very well spoken, Julie Andrews never ceases to be amazing
So beautiful. Julie lights up the world.
How beautiful. Dame Julie received her honour in the same Millenium list as Dame Elizabeth Taylor, & a wonderful Lady from Wales, Dame Shirley Basssey. There is an old saying here in Britain, about not forgetting your old arse, ie: do not forget where you have come from, & the work YOU put in. The 3 Dames I have named, DO know exactly the toile of hard work, & I personally would love to see Miss Petula Clarke eleveated to the same honour.
What a legend
Thank U for posting. Love all the interviews amazing Julie is doing for her new memoir, Home Work. Julie is pure delight

Nice interview, would have preferred a static camera ;)
When it comes to Julie Andrews gay men ask the silliest "fan" questions. All tongue tied and gushing.
Still looks hot AF at 84. Even now at 87

Ffs...I have to hand it to Ms Andrews...How godamned sick to death she must be talking about Mary Poppins and SoM.
Does anybody else notice how Julie constantly fidgets with her sweater? She does this all the time, no matter what the show is. Is she exceptionally paranoid about her bust (or something like that)?
I don't think it's because of her bust, if you watch old interviews, you'll notice that she always does, no matter what she's wearing: a scarf, a jacket, even her pants or skirt (shaking it). I think it is a way to manage the nerves.
@@joyk2327 I think you are right. Julie seems to fiddle with all of those when the questions get more and more personal in most interviews.
I do the same! I have a need to fidget a lot of the time to feel comfortable in my surroundings either knowingly/with intention or subconsciously/without even realizing it. For me it’s a neurodivergent thing, mix of multiple diagnoses.
She looks cold to me
He talks too much.
