I've always admired Sir Richard Branson and to be able to learn from his is magnificent. Thanks Chase for putting this series together. You're helping MORE than you know.
I don’t think I have ever seen a Richard Branson video where I have walked away with anything but positive feelings and a greater appreciation for life!
I am so grateful that I'm in a position that I can work from home and always be around my two little boys (3 and 1). I get to watch these guys grow up. I can attest to Sir Richard's comment on creativity and travel. We usually spend a couple of months in Bali every year. It's a truly magical place. So much inspiration. If you are planning to go there try and plan the trip around Nyepi Day. Three months before is when they start constructing huge paper mache demons that are paraded through the streets. At the end of the night, they are burned and the entire next day there is silence on the island.
Great interview with Sir Richard the sailient points for me was the fine line between success and failure, surround yourself with great people, remember every day is a learning day, be a good listener, delegate and live with a smile and you will probably put a smile on the face of people surrounding you. Unfortunately having built my businesses over 17 years, unlike Sir Richard, I fell on the wrong side of the line and lost virtually everything. Strangely enough, at the time, I wrote the then Mr Branson looking for his help and as I never got a response I can only suggest he never received my letter in the first place. Having brushed myself down I got on with my life and am now mentoring business leaders focusing them on the very points Sir Richard spoke of. My advice to anyone who has taken the plunge and failed in business would be to learn from the experience, dust yourself down and get back in the saddle. If at first you don't succeed, try, try again. In the US that might be easier to do than in the UK but whether you are in US or the UK my advice would be just do it. Business leaders need to recognise that the fuel of every successful company generally lies in the quality of its people and how it communicates both internally and externally. I have a passion for helping business leaders to understand they should work on their business rather than in it, they should surround themselves with great people and ensure the right people are in the right place doing the right job right first time. Once you have great people, look after them as they are like gold dust. Above all whatever you do have fun.
There's a very short list of Leaders worth listening to. Sir Richard Branson is one of them! Smiling, happy, positive, and always looking for better solutions in a fun way :)
Richard has been my mentor for the last 8 years, although I have never met him but that’s how much he inspires me.please Richard look me up next time you are in London,I have a great idea for you.
I liked (appreciate) what Sir Richard says about creative people, and relating the creative process to business leaders. I am an artist, and yet, I truly believe some of the most creative people in the world work on Wall Street, etc.
That was incredibly good listening. Thank you Sir Richard for being so frank and honest about your learning difficulties. It gives hope to the youth of today that they can be whatever they want.
Wow what a great interview. Sir Richard Branson is a truly inspiring person and I give kudos to Chase for creating a super interesting and different way a photographer can step out of his comfort zone and create amazing things like this. There are so many things to learn in life and the way I live my life is and what I always say (mostly to myself): "If your not learning your not living"
Really great, but just so you know, (and sorry if someone has already commented), the Eames quote "The details aren't the details, the details are the thing" at 26:46, Charles and Ray Eames weren't brothers, they were husband and wife.
The Eames were not brothers, they were a husband and a wife :) Apart from that, a great interview! Thank you for this great project and all the work you're doing, Chase!
Thank you for asking Richard about dyslexia =) I am starting a side project for dyslexic entrepreneurs because dyslexics are 400% more likely to become millionaires however, 80% end up in jail.
I love this interview! I am most fascinated by how many UHM you both say though, now its funny. I dare someone to Count how many times UHM is expressed. Much love, with a kiss of my type of humor
26:46 quote from designer "Eames brothers" ? Charles and Ray Eames were husband and wife, they wrote "“The details are not the details; they make the product.” Details...
thats a great idea traveling the world and taking business ideas and applying it to your country. Does anyone know if there's a book that goes further into detail on this strategy? Thanks
If there will be a book of such ideas then the purpose of finding such ideas is already gone. The best thing is to travel and observe first hand and then starting something! Right? Think about it.
I'm sorry, I love that you do make these videos with great people and share it to the world, but the headroom on Sir Richard Branson is a little questionable...
Hi Chase, I love your work. I discovered you through Gary Vee and Gary Vee through Sean Cannell. On that point, Do any of your RUclips channels focus on the how to end of video production and/ or photography, If not please consider that, if so please let me know where I can find it. Lastly, I'm in Japan and my friend couldn't follow along without English subtitles. Please consider adding English subtitles to your content increase the reach of your work. I would especially like to recommend 30 Days of Genius to my senior English students, but without English subtitles, it would be beyond their ability and I would love to share such interesting and thoughtful content with them. Totally agree with you. I speak french and I felt a little offended eventhough I really like Sir Branson. French is the 5th language spoken in the world and 3rd most influantial in business. Well ...
Chase, there are some INCREDIBLY important messages in these videos I'd love to share with others... However, I know that if I send them the entire interview they wont watch it... As long as I give you credits (and respect the creative live logo, etc) can I record & cut pieces of these videos to share with friends? I'm sure they will appreciate it A LOT and I would love to share this with them. I'll highly appreciate your answer, thank you!
Great interview and it was inspiring however I watched this whilst travelling on a virgin train. Richard, if I could go and buy a train to release the annoyance that I experience whilst on yours I would. My perfected train would be affordable so I my passengers could go home to their family whenever they wanted without the trip breaking the bank. The toilets would be clean. I'd give customers loo roll instead of sand paper. this stinking, over crowded train. And I'd put on a service that separates the football hooligans from the regular folk who just want to travel in peace. Sadly, there isn't a spare train lying about in this station...
constructive criticism: i understand you want to be different but the black and white made me watch less..irritating.. but i love the informative talks!
The English historically, typically don’t like the French ... he’s like one of those ku klux klan members who slipped up in public and accidentally revealed their prejudice... either that or people in France have probably questioned the pedophilia child trafficking money grabbing lying scoundrels he associates with. Hard to say for sure really.
I've always admired Sir Richard Branson and to be able to learn from his is magnificent. Thanks Chase for putting this series together. You're helping MORE than you know.
Sir R. Branson is the only one who has this sparkle in his eyes. Love looking at him, the man shines full of life!
I don’t think I have ever seen a Richard Branson video where I have walked away with anything but positive feelings and a greater appreciation for life!
+Creator's Cup Coffee he's amazing ;)
Children walk away feeling molested.

Been a big fan of Richard Branson for many years
Awesome interview Chase. That man has more lives than a cat! I met him in 1994, he doesn't look like he has aged a day!

i am blown away by the quality of the guests and the excellent content of the conversation. Chase is a perfect host. Amazing stuff.

Richard Branson is absolutely genius.
That was incredibly good listening. Thank you Sir Richard for being so frank and honest about your learning difficulties. It gives hope to the youth of today that they can be whatever they want.
Yes, Elon musk is a must!! i can imagine the conversation to easily be 2-3 hours! so much to talk about!
Can't you tell these interviews are canned, they have been made long before the upload date
Thanks so much Chase Jarvis. These rock my socks.
Wow what a great interview. he speaks a lot better than last time i heard him.
Great to know there are "geniuses" in their 20s, 30s, 40s, 50s and maybe even older.
One of my absolute favorite successful people.
Incredible human.
Thanks Chase, he's good but you're my biggest inspiration.
Definitely a great idea producing these series 👍
Really great, but just so you know, (and sorry if someone has already commented), the Eames quote "The details aren't the details, the details are the thing" at 26:46, Charles and Ray Eames weren't brothers, they were husband and wife.
he's simply the best.. and you, chase-jarvis, are not bad at all :)
great interview
He's an inspiration, well, both of you are - but i wanna also compliment this series' excellent black and white tones! Good job on these videos!
Great guy ! Chase jarvis has got amazing interviewing skills .
Get Elon Musk :D
+Mladen Vukadinovic will do ;)
+Chase Jarvis Just don't keep him too long... Elon's pretty busy with saving the planet
Absolute amazing. Thanks.
haha
Thank you for the life Lessons 🙏
Richard is inspiring as always.
I love this series 👍👍👍
The Eames were not brothers, they were a husband and a wife :)
Apart from that, a great interview! Thank you for this great project and all the work you're doing, Chase!
Screw it, just do it. A motto for life :)
Richard invests in Chase. There's a rap. B&W film adds class. ty boys
Great interview!!! Thanks for sharing!
Cant... stop... staring at his twiddling thumbs!
This was AWESOME!
Thanks for this! Best wishes from Auckland :)
Thank you for asking Richard about dyslexia =) I am starting a side project for dyslexic entrepreneurs because dyslexics are 400% more likely to become millionaires however, 80% end up in jail.
Awesome!

Wow, that's was such an amazing video. So informative and inspiring.
thanks so much
400 companies. And it all started it "screw it, and just do it".
I love this interview! I am most fascinated by how many UHM you both say though, now its funny. I dare someone to Count how many times UHM is expressed. Much love, with a kiss of my type of humor
And uhm, and uhm and ahhh.. I mean, uhm, uhm
Natta Lee yee its little bit annoying :( hh
Whoa, he was racing to get out of there at the end.
Wow! I'm a new subscriber!! Found you when searching for Gary Vee videos. Your channel is awesome :) So cool you get to meet such great entrepreneurs!
Good job man. Keep it up.
Cheers.....
You are the fucking man. So glad I found your channel.
The best, awesome!!!
it was superb.
Brilliant, Cheers mate
Sir Richard and Chase!!!!!
+Israel Palacio yes!
26:46 quote from designer "Eames brothers" ?
Charles and Ray Eames were husband and wife, they wrote "“The details are not the details; they make the product.”
Details...
I like that Chase said "mum"...
Nice!
Great insights from this interview!
But how many times "you know" was said?
living legend
Chase, can you tell me what the idea/goal/theory was behind making these films black and white instead of colour?
thats a great idea traveling the world and taking business ideas and applying it to your country. Does anyone know if there's a book that goes further into detail on this strategy? Thanks

headroom?
his forehead is cut on his mid shot.
Ah, I see.
Wow, You're right. Eeeeek...

+Tim B. Green my latest interviews now have subtitles. Check out the last few and let me know how it goes 👍🏻
Holy Shit! Did Richard Branson just say the french language is not relevant to life? intense.
In the context of what he was saying, I think he was talking about the number of speakers compared to a language like Spanish.
Still, That's an awful thing to say.
+Rob Johnson Haha "completely useless" might have been a bit harsh, but in terms of a compulsory language class I can see his point.
Chris Rudsdale essentially he just claimed its not worthy of existing is what it sounds like lol
Totally agree with you. I speak french and I felt a little offended eventhough I really like Sir Branson. French is the 5th language spoken in the world and 3rd most influantial in business. Well ...
role models❤😍❤❤
Great one Chase! Does anyone recall his new movies name?
+Jurie van Dyk Don't Look Down.
You think this guy is great? you need to interview DR De martini. thanks love this!
He's sold records, started an airline... "but wait, there's more."
Take me to galactic test flights please!!!
Chase, there are some INCREDIBLY important messages in these videos I'd love to share with others...
However, I know that if I send them the entire interview they wont watch it...

Did Chase Jarvis said "the Eames brothers" at 26:50 ?
I thought they were husband and wife ...?
I have to say it. Many of the things Branson has done, have depended on people who learned algebra.
Great guests, but these questions are very uncreative.
Raise Steve Jobs from the dead and interview him
That videographer loves to chop off the top of people's heads
Great interview and it was inspiring however I watched this whilst travelling on a virgin train. Sadly, there isn't a spare train lying about in this station...
The interviewer has such a big ego that he ruins the show. He gets the better lighting and close ups. Why even bother having guests?
The interviewer even casts his questions to pat himself on the back. The series needs someone more humble to showcase the guests strengths.
constructive criticism: i understand you want to be different but the black and white made me watch less..irritating.. but i love the informative talks!
I get what he is saying BUT Art DOES NOT have to be beautiful nor detailed.
Yeah I thought that too. It's a good analogy.
French an absolutely useless language?? Ouch. An unfortunate opinion coming from such a highly regarded person.
The English historically, typically don’t like the French ... he’s like one of those ku klux klan members who slipped up in public and accidentally revealed their prejudice... either that or people in France have probably questioned the pedophilia child trafficking money grabbing lying scoundrels he associates with. Hard to say for sure really.
algebra not relevant to life? lol. Says someone with an airline company and who is trying to travel to the moon. That is a ridiculous thing to say.
That would be calculus my friend.
