INGREDIENTS for 2 Servings:
2 Medium Potatoes
1 Egg
2 Tbsp Soft Cheese
Salt and Pepper
1 Clove Garlic
½ Small Onion
1 Tbsp Oil
Small bunch of dill and Chives
HOW TO MAKE HASH BROWN:
Peel and grate two potatoes
Drain and dry with paper towels
Add Egg, grated soft cheese, mashed garlic
Season with Salt and Pepper, fresh dill and chopped onion
Mix all ingredients well
Heat a non-stick pan over medium-high flame
Place a cooking form (about 4 in/10cm)
Pour 1 tbsp of Oil & Fill with grated potatoes
Press with a lid cover the pan & fry 4-5 min over medium heat
Flip and fry 4-5 min over medium heat
Serve hot with Greek yogurt and Chives
