My realtor gave me one of those "Daily Bread" plates when she sold me a home. I no longer hang it but I still have it.

I too love old books, particularly children's books. They have such beautiful illustrations compared with so many modern ones. I don't know if you ever thought of doing this, but say, for a Christmas book, why not display one on a bookstand which has little arms keeping a book open. You could turn to a different illustration every day.

*At first I agreed with you about the oil painting of the intersection...when I first saw it, I immediately thought, "Wayzata"...but the more I thought about it, I believe it's in the Elk River/Rogers, Minnesota area...before the latest addition of the new overpasses.*

Goodwill locations in my little corner of the world doesn't accept furniture donations. On the plus side, prices seem to be leveling off. No longer aiming for the stratosphere.

I think Goodwill is shipping out the donations again! I noticed this last year in January. It’s rather strange really. I don’t understand their strategy.
I go thrifting with my grandson and his girlfriend- it’s a fun time and we get to enjoy being together without spending much money! Great haul. I loved the baskets at the goodwill they were pretty!
Send the Guinness stuff to him now because next Christmas is not guaranteed. I love all your videos and hope to restart my cross stitching and I also get happy in finding those old kits.
