I did make an inquisitor lightsaber, which should work as the second sister saber with a bit of altering of the aesthetics. I'm still trying to figure an easy way to do the locking hinge part. But I will be making and posting it at some point.
@Thewoodlandelf I've watched all of your lightsaber videos. I have already started to make one with the inquisitor video as a reference. I was just interested to see your take on it. I don't know how well it would work. But for the hinge, could you make a flexible plank of cardboard but cutting it in half and duct taping them together with a small gap. I think that might make the cardboard able to fold. As for keeping it in place. What about some magnets or magnet strips. You could put a pair on the side where it sticks straight up, and a pair on the bottom where it becomes a staff. I don't know if that's practical or if it would even work. Just an idea. Maybe you could modify the idea to be better and more functional. Love your vids. Keep up the good work. Have a great day.
